I am super excited to be speaking at All Things Open Conference in Raleigh next Tuesday, October 20, about building products for people who use them through AI agents.
• Your Next Power User Won’t Learn Your UI — lunchtime lightning talks, Ballroom B.
• The Agent Surface: Designing Products for Users Who Never Open the App — 3:15 p.m., Room 306B.
If you’re at ATO, come find me! I’ll be hanging out at the Applied Visions, Inc. table just outside Ballrooms A.
If you haven’t registered yet and you’re interested to attend, I have passes! Message me and I’ll get you set up!

The agent prepares the work; the product supplies the view and controls for people to review, edit and approve it inside their assistant.
